[2nd Sem - Episode 2.05] "Searching"
Jul. 30th, 2011 08:40 pmThe small group of survivors were frozen on the spot, terrified by what lay before them.
A bronze ring was set in the floor, four feet in diameter. In the center of it a pillar of light shimmered, a terrible mix of black and red and half a thousand other colors creating something that the mind reeled against; something that just wasn't right. And floating in that impossible light was a little girl, standing three feet off the ground in a simple shift of dark burlap. Her hair was long and dark and reached down to the backs of her knees. Open eyes looked back through the impossible light; blank eyes with no humanity in them.
